Spencer Davis Group - The Spencer Davis Group was a mid-1960s British rock band founded by Spencer Davis (born 1942 in Swansea, Wales). They started off with coverversions ("Dimples"), but came to own success at the end of 1965 with "Somebody Help Me" (first #1).
Spencer Davis - Spencer Davis (born 17 July, 1942 Swansea, Wales, UK) is an instrumentalist who founded the 1960s rock band Spencer Davis Group.
Traffic (band) - Traffic was a rock band, from Birmingham, England formed in the late 1960s and led by Steve Winwood, with Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood and Dave Mason, after Winwood had left the Spencer Davis Group. Winwood became friends with his future bandmates in the latter days of the Davis group (which also hailed from Birmighman) and Capaldi, Wood and Mason are reputed to have performed (uncredited) on at least two Spencer Davis Group singles, "I'm A Man" and "Gimme Some Lovin".
